During the past month I bought a new vehicle and my daughter a used SUV from Kia Autosport Pensacola. On both occasions the experience with the salesperson (Drake) and manager were excellent and deserved a 5-star rating. However, our experience with the finance officer reduced the rating in half. First, having to wait several hours to see the finance officer drains you and that leads to rushing through the finance process and buying things you did not want or paying more than you thought. My daughter ended up getting an emergency road bag for $250, and an extended warranty that she believed was $1700, turned out to be $750 more. In my case, the sales manager quoted me an interest rate of 4.74, but the finance officer raised to 4.99. Not sure why, but the response was that's the rate. The difference was so small that I did not want to spend more time there arguing. Regardless, when you get a deal from sales, make sure it stays the same when you deal with the finance officer. I recommend this dealer but be very aware when you review your contract with the finance officer. More

I purchased a 2022 EV6 at this dealership slightly over a year ago and had a fantastic experience during a challenging time for purchasing an auto. Recently my EV6 was wrecked and I was faced with a total loss claim through my insurance company. I went immediately to this dealership to replace my vehicle. I had a perfect payment record with my lender but I realize interest rates have risen. They were glad to accommodate me but the deal was way way out of my budget. I called another Kia dealership that I’ve had no prior relationship with and got a better deal over the phone on the same day with the same exact model. Same sticker price. Why would that be? This is not the same sales staff from a year ago. Buyer beware!! More

I went to the service center for a oil senser leak. . I already had the main oil barring go out of my used 2017 KIA. My extended warranty co Rt 66 said the oil sending unit had an extended warranty put . I already had the main oil barring go out of my used 2017 KIA. My extended warranty co Rt 66 said the oil sending unit had an extended warranty put on it new for 150,000..miles..So I go to KIA services dept.. They changed the oil and tell me they are doing a oil sending unit test.. Bring the car back in 1000 miles.. Do not check the oil..(Mind you it has a bad leak). So about 200 miles my lifters are pecking and not much power.. I go straight to KIA.. I tell them.. They have to check it..I don't want to ruin my motor.. She goes out and tells me they did not put a seal on the oil cap ,so they weren't doing a test.. I hand her my bill..I had saved and I have the sticker in the window too. To bring it back in 1000 miles.. She said yeah its low on oil..about 1 1/2 QTS...Try 3 1/2 QTS low. My car was super hot.. So If I, being a woman did not know to pay attention to my car.. I would have burnt my motor up.. She said it not under warranty.. So now I'm waiting for Rt 66 insurance to let me know what to do next.. This KIA service dept did not seemed interested in the fact I was told to bring it back and they were doing a test..SYNTH was the name on my window sticker..My question how did this order to return and not check my oil get screwed up so bad.. The service dept acted like I was nuts.. But I have paperwork telling me come back in a 1000 miles.. Totally Mad More
