Let me tell you a story about Walter. As a Service Manager, he's woefully inadequate. I had tried to explain the warranty package I purchased and how in plain language it met my needs, on As a Service Manager, he's woefully inadequate. I had tried to explain the warranty package I purchased and how in plain language it met my needs, only for him to give ME the number for Kia's Warranty Dept, essentially doing his job for him. The Warranty Dept thought it was silly that this was even a conversation, as it was very clear my issue was covered. Now, as I endeavor to pass that info back to Walter, he's ducking my calls. Awesome, Walt. Thanks for your service. Oh! I forgot to mention the other part he's fixing for me, that I JUST changed. He claims because it's not OEM that it won't work...I'm not an electrical engineer, but I understand how a two-signal sensor works. He's charging me another $100 to replace a good part that will require me to come right back next week. Walt, you're a treasure... More

I took my car into to be serviced for a trip on 9/21 @ 8ish in the morning. My car was returned at closing. The service tech lied to my face that it was being serviced and it was taking longer because of recalls. Recalls...don't get me started about the number of recalls on the KIA. Anyway, I continued to see my vehicle sit in the lot while my service tech told me it was "being looked at", I finally pointed to my vehicle in the lot and said, "that one is being serviced" he said, "Oh, we have a few black Tellurides", I said, "I know my car". It promptly disappeared, hmmm. Anyway, after them having my car for 10 hours, all that was completed was an oil change, which it didn't need. It needed tire rotation, more recall maintenance and overall trip maintenance. These characters are all liars. From start to finish. NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership. You will regret it! More
Communication is terrible! I was very interested in two cars and called them do put in an app. They said we will send u an app to put in yourself. Fine. Never received. Paris finally texted back and said I was approved and asked if I’d come in; to which I replied I could come in the next morning just wanted to know my score and what rate range it falls under. No response. Texted again I live an hour away and do not want to waste anybody’s time if it’s not a rate I’m willing to sign for. Nothing. I called because by chance if she was that busy someone else could at least let me know so I could make plans to be there the next morning. Brittney proceeds to tell me she can not give me any info that I have to physically be there with an ID and could not even get me on the phone with someone who could properly answer my questions even though I explained I do not live close. Paris texted me over 24 hours later asking if I wanted to come in (LOL) I told her I was no longer interested. A manager called me asking what happened and barely let me speak saying it was busy and xxxx poor excuses. When you’re busy, you still reach out to your potential customers letting them know what’s happening. And you never tell a customer you can not help them or get them in touch with someone who can possibly help. It all worked out because I found a car somewhere else unexpectedly the next day. More

In total as of today it has been at a dealership for repairs 4.5 weeks in total of the 13 weeks I have owned it. I called Kia the first time and each time after and am transferred to the voicemail of servicing (no call backs). I call back and tell the woman I don’t want servicing I want a manager if sales or someone with authority, get transferred, leave a voicemail, and have not been called back once. I am a single Mom who purged her budget of everything she could to be able to afford a safe and reliable for me and my son. So far all that’s happened is missed work days cutting into my tight budget and weeks without a vehicle for major issues like needing a whole new transmission!! DO NOT BUY FROM KIA! More
During the past month I bought a new vehicle and my daughter a used SUV from Kia Autosport Pensacola. On both occasions the experience with the salesperson (Drake) and manager were excellent and deser daughter a used SUV from Kia Autosport Pensacola. On both occasions the experience with the salesperson (Drake) and manager were excellent and deserved a 5-star rating. However, our experience with the finance officer reduced the rating in half. First, having to wait several hours to see the finance officer drains you and that leads to rushing through the finance process and buying things you did not want or paying more than you thought. My daughter ended up getting an emergency road bag for $250, and an extended warranty that she believed was $1700, turned out to be $750 more. In my case, the sales manager quoted me an interest rate of 4.74, but the finance officer raised to 4.99. Not sure why, but the response was that's the rate. The difference was so small that I did not want to spend more time there arguing. Regardless, when you get a deal from sales, make sure it stays the same when you deal with the finance officer. I recommend this dealer but be very aware when you review your contract with the finance officer. More
