Horrible place to buy or deal with! Nothing but problems since I bought my Optima Turbo. I have basically new insides, multi sets of new tires. In the 3 months my car replacement parts a Nothing but problems since I bought my Optima Turbo. I have basically new insides, multi sets of new tires. In the 3 months my car replacement parts are cvvt's, cams, shafts. Replaced exhaust and now had to have a new engine! The answers I'm given are NOT correct and I feel things are getting covered up!! Why would you replace an engine and not drive it after its installed?? But it sits in the bay for 2 hours idling?!? Why would they tell 3 adults that they do not report to car fax when asked about the deprecation since all this work has been done?!? Most my questions that was ask to kia south Atlanta was also ask to kia head quarters and was given 2 different answers and this makes me very uncomfortable!! I have contacted many individuals about this issue and south Atlanta kia will do nothing and kia head quarters will do the work under warrenty! But what about when the warrenty runs out! What about where all theses problems started from? What is the route cause? I contacted others outside the dealership and was told to start first with the General Manager. I called and spoke to the general manager, Micheal Jackson, as I was broke down on the side of the road ( the 2nd time ) waiting on them to send a wrecker and loaner about getting me out of the car. I was told we could trade. I ask about my deposit, $$ I have put in the car, I don't want my payments to go up? And then what are they going to do with my car? Mr. Jackson said he was not in control of any of that and the care would be resold! 3 hours later, no wrecker came, no loaner was brought!!! Nothing!!! I've spoke to Kim, their service manager and she is willing to replace and fix anything through the warrenty!!! But again, why is this happening?? The cause? Not just playing A guessing game!! So my smooth ruining car is now driving rough, sounds terrible and nothing is wrong but it never, ever ran like this before!!! I'm tired of feeling like I just got screwed and it's my problem!! Why is the dealership not standing behind the vehicle they sold me? What about Kia head quarters standing behind their name? What a shame!! Never buy from South Atlanta Kia!! They are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Kia does not stand behind the Vehicle:( More

The KIA dealer at Southlake has very poor customer service. I bought my KIA new in 2011 (with zero miles). The car was purchased 3/2011. Three months after I purchased the car the check engine light c service. I bought my KIA new in 2011 (with zero miles). The car was purchased 3/2011. Three months after I purchased the car the check engine light came on 08./2011. Even though I asked for another car they refused to give me another vehicle. I told them that I thought I was sold a defective vehicle. I was told that recall updates had to be performed and that was the reason for the check engine light. Within a couple of months the check engine light came on again. This time the new car gave a bad transmission code. I demanded a new transmission and they refused. They only did something to make the engine light go off. The customer service department acted as if they didn't care. Today I went because the check engine light was on again. I sat from 11:30 am until 3:00 pm. They never came to give me an update on my car but allowed me to just sit there. Finally, after I went to the counter several times, they told me that they performed an upgrade that took 2 hours. They promised that the light was off. However, I got into the car at 3:00 and the check engine light was still on. By 4:00 I was told that I would need a new computer system or they would have to call technical support to try to figure out why my light won't go off. This is a new car. I feel that they try to take advance of women customers. They told me that I would have to bring my car back later when they contact me. I asked for a loaner car and they refused. I also talked to someone in management and they refused to give me a loaner and didn't seem to care about my issue. It feels terrible to buy a new car and feel that you are being taken advantage of. The customer service at KIA Atlanta South was not good. More
Hard to bargain. Hid the window sticker I got it after I called the Manager it had an additional $1200.00 of hidden charges on it. My wife loved the car so I bought it anyway.
