My husband and I went to Keystone with a specific car in mind, which he had found online. It met his criteria almost perfectly...price, size, warranty, etc. We were sad to find this car had already been so mind, which he had found online. But Alan, being the wonderful fellow he is, worked for about an hour, trying to find something else that would fit my hubby's needs. He found us a better car, same model, similiar miles, but with heated seats! Alan understood we were on a budget and as this car was slightly more expensive, he worked tirelessly to do whatever he could to get the numbers down to where we were comfortable. We appreciated all his help and will definately be recommending this dealership and Alan Kirsch to our friends and family! More

I was very glad that Jurgensen provided me very detail and positive information about Volvo Oversea Delivery Program which is what I was looking for. I was very glad that I met a sales person who knows this program very well and actually participated this program himself! He was also very helpful on helping me to choose the model and options. 2 months after we submitted the order, we were on the way to Sweden! Keystone Volvo also provides very good after-sale service. Overall, that was a very pleasant experience! I'll recommend the Oversea Delivery program to anyone that's interested buying a Volvo! More

Ron was a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and we were able to get the type of car we wanted at the price we wanted. It does help to ask of the various dealerships what they would charge. and we were able to get the type of car we wanted at the price we wanted. In that way, when we met with Ron we simply gave him the best price we received from another dealership and he let us know if he could match that price. I bought my Volvo at Keystone Volvo about a year ago. This is the best car I have ever owned. On the rare occasions that it needs service, the service department is more than accommodating. My warranty is about to expire (pre-owned car) and while it was in for routine maintenance, the tech heard something that was not normal. They replaced my alternator, so that I would not have to foot the bill when the warranty expired. That easily saved me a couple hundred bucks. And, it is something that I didn't even notice! If the tech hadn't noticed it, I probably would have had to replace it on my dime not long after the warranty expired. More
