We recently purchased a Volvo S60 T5 from Keystone Motors and took delivery through Volvo's Overseas Delivery program. I can't say enough about how enjoyable the experience has been. David literally spent the entire day with us answering all of our questions and demonstrating the car. I was blown away by his knowledge of the vehicle. He thoroughly answered all of my questions right down to the nuances of the stereo. At the end of the day, we felt zero pressure and got no hype. All I got was the feeling that David was genuinely interested in making sure that we understood the car, the unique features, and that we had a great experience with Volvo. We bought the car that day and David stayed late to process the paperwork and make sure that we could get the car in the timeframe we requested. He walked us through the overseas delivery process and made some great recommendations for hotels and restaurants in Sweden. Even months after the sale, David will stop everything to answer my questions whenever I call, making sure that any issue is fully addressed. I am thrilled with the car, the service, and a very memorable vacation to top it all off. What an experience! More

The morning we planned to go in, Alan phoned my husband to say an XC60 w/ the color (black) and packages I wanted sold the night before, so he was working hard to get another. When we arrived, Alan greeted us happily and said he's pretty sure I'm going to really like what he has in store for me. It wasn't black, so I wasn't too sure I was going to like it. But when the truck came down from detailing, I was impressed by how close the saville gray is to black, and the wheels looked great with the color! Alan just knew if I wanted black, I would love this also...and he was right! We drove off that day. It was a great experience purchasing my first suv. I didn't feel like I was sitting in a dealership for hours doing paperwork and such. I HIGHLY recommend Alan and Keystone Volvo! Convenience is important to us and Keystone is close to home, but the reason we continue to use Keystone service is because for 20 years, we have always had a positive experience. When you call the service department, a person answers the phone and we are able to speak with a service representative immediately. The service reps are knowledgeable and genuinely want to satisfy the customer. We have always been presented with options regarding service and repairs and have been treated fairly and honestly. If a tire has more life in it, they tell us just that and they let us know how long we can expect it to last. The reps think strategically and give us a head's up on what kind of services we might expect to have in the future of our cars as well. The guys in the parts department are friendly and helpful as well. They have installed our Volvo roof luggage box on our roof rack several times when we didn't have the time to devote to it ourselves. We particularly like hearing and seeing the same familiar faces in the service department year after year. It is comforting to know that when we drive our cross country on 800 mile trips at least 3 times a year, the machanics at Keystone Motors have done their best to insure that the car is safe and in the best condition possible. It is obvious that Volvo makes training their mechanics a top priority and we like having Volvo trained mechanics servicing our cars. Our 2 sons learned to drive on our 850 sedan and both love driving Volvos. Keep up the good work and make sure that the first voice that customers hear on the phone is a friendly person and not a machine. More
