From the time we spoke on the telephone to make the appointment until my appointment at the dealership, I was treated with the utmost restpect. From the time I entered the dealership, all of the personel was courteous and professional at all time. I was a little disappointed when the saleman, Younes, told me that the color of the car I wanted they did not have, but he assured me that another color would suit me better and he was absolutely correct. There was never any pressure to buy any car, but he wanted me to be satisfied with my choice. The service I received from the dealership and especially the saleman was superb. The folks in Keystone Motors service department are super customer-centric. I have never gone it there and waited for more than a few moments before someone says, "Hello" and that someone will be right with customer-centric. I bought a new Volvo S60 two weeks ago from Keystone Motors in Berwyn. I actually started out early on that Saturday, visited Volvo first as it was closest to my house, and then proceeded to see a few Motors in Berwyn. I was very impressed with Dave's knowledge of Volvo and this car. No pressure was put on me at all to make a deal before I left to check out other cars on my list. Later that same day, I returned and was ready to make a deal, but had no idea how it was going to go. I must say, Dave came up with a great price right off the bat, and essentially took all the fun out of the negotiation (but in a good way). I took delivery two days later and Dave stayed late to get everything done and show me all the features of my new car. So far, everything is going good. I highly recommend this car, and especially this dealership to anyone out there looking for a new car. If you are interested in buying a new car and have a few months to plan it out, I highly suggest talking to Dave about Volvo's "Tourist Package". Its a great way to combine buying a great new car and getting round trip tickets to Sweden to see how its all made. Plan early and you can create your own Eurotrip. More
