Not a good experience. I tried to negotiate for a vehicle specifically a truck. I was told that we would be able to work something out. After a 40 minute drive the followi I tried to negotiate for a vehicle specifically a truck. I was told that we would be able to work something out. After a 40 minute drive the following morning I was told there will be no negotiation on the price of the vehicle and someone else was going to come in later on in the day to purchase it. I said OK and left what can I do no complaints told them have a good day. I find this dealership very disrespectful to people and the time specifically the manager . My advice to anyone a phone call to this dealership is a waste of time by the time you get there the car might be gone. Stacy seem to be OK this was the sales person. More

The reason for only 3 stars is that I had transmission work done repeatedly at this place… it was finally fixed after 3 times being in the shop, any my last experience (above) was very pleasant. Found a truck online. Filled out the questions. Spoke with the sales woman several times ( Stacey) then told her I would be on my way to get the truck ( about an hour and half away ). Just before I was to leave she sends me an e mail that she sold the truck. When I called I was told “ I can’t control who walks onto the lot”. After writing my review and how disrespectful they were I was given a reply by the owner that it was his understanding that I was verbally abusive towards his sale person and manager. No kidding!!!!! Wouldn’t you be when your treated with no respect? I guess a car salesman is always a car salesman. The “owner” didn’t even have the guts to call me or talk in person to try to make things right. DO NOT buy from this dealership. They are not stand up honest people. They only care about the sale. They have absolutely no integrity. More
