Initial meeting was great on a thursday, was told car would be ready the following Tuesday. Heard nothing on Tuesday had to follow up twice on Tuesday. Said it would b ready on Wednesday. Hear nothing would be ready the following Tuesday. Heard nothing on Tuesday had to follow up twice on Tuesday. Said it would b ready on Wednesday. Hear nothing till I followed up, found out it would be ready on Thursday, heard nothing on Thursday till I followed up twice. Said it would be ready Friday morning, had to follow up again multiple times on Friday. I understand things happen, however having to follow up in order to get an update is unacceptable. I was told they had to do a re-alignment in order to get rid of a shaking while on the highway, unfortunately 5 days after purchase I am experiencing a shaking while driving on the highway. More
