He is a great salesman. The finance rep, Bob is a whole other story. The paperwork is pretty standard until you get to the financing part. Bob pulls out this 2 foot brochure of extended warranty information. You don't get to look at it, he shows it to you from across the desk. I declined the service and then he shifted into scaring my wife that we NEED this, for piece of mind. My favorite part is when Bob does his best acting job of trying to fold this brochure, because it has so much coverage, its so hard to fold up. His exact words are" they don' t make these brochures easy to fold up". At this point, I called a friend, who is in the business for over 20 years and asked him if I needed this coverage. He said no. He told me to ask him some questions on what does it cover. I asked Bob does it cover software updates because he told us this car has a lot of electronics and you want coverage on this. Well, it doesn't cover it. I really don't know what it covers, because I did NOT get a brochure because it was his only copy. So the bottom line is I paid almost $2k on coverage I didn't want. Do you homework or get your own finance before hand. More

Borderline criminal Their service department quoted me a cost of $650 and a time frame of two days to fix an issue with my 2012 Ford Escape, which I told them, and they c Their service department quoted me a cost of $650 and a time frame of two days to fix an issue with my 2012 Ford Escape, which I told them, and they confirmed, was related to TSB 14-0157. While I initially (ignorantly) approved, I contacted several sources and realized I was being ripped off. I called them back three hours later and was told the car was "already halfway done," with the service that was done so far (draining the a/c system) being completely non-indicated by the TSB. I had to pay $150 just to get my car back. I proceeded to a Napa store, purchased a resistor for $22, and installed it in a half hour. They were going to charge me $650 and keep my car for two days, to fix an issue that could be, and was, fixed for $22 and a half hour of time. If they had simply checked the resistor they would have easily seen it was deteriorated and that a new one would have the issue fixed. That they didn't, and tried to fabricate $650 of work, is reprehensible. More

Wonderful Experience I had a very positive experience dealing with this dealership. Especially dealing with Holley. She was very patient and accommodating. Unfortunately, I had a very positive experience dealing with this dealership. Especially dealing with Holley. She was very patient and accommodating. Unfortunately, they didn't have any used Escapes available in my price range at this time, but if they had I would have no hesitation dealing with them. Holley even offered to help me with cars I found elsewhere if I needed it. She was amazing! Thanks so much! More
Stay away! The buying process was fine it was everything after that which is a nightmare. Within a week of buying our 2005 ford escape from this dealership the c The buying process was fine it was everything after that which is a nightmare. Within a week of buying our 2005 ford escape from this dealership the car began to shake when we were driving it and one of the tires started to lose air and go flat (no puncture just defective). When we took it back to the dealership they replaced the defective tire but informed us the tie rods were rusted out and needed to be replaced and they were going to charge us!! Only a week before they inspected the car and sold it to us! After several angry phone calls they agreed to do the work for no charge. Not long after the engine blew! I now have a very expensive lawn decoration curtesy of keyser miller ford. We called the dealership for weeks about the engine and none of phone calls were returned. To add insult to injury the tire went flat again. It pains me every time I look at the car just rusting away in our driveway and each time we make a car payment. My advise to any potential used car buyers Stay Away!!! More
