Mobile unit came out to address a flat tire. Got me on my way to Keyser/Miller, where they fit me in and discovered dry rot in all my tires. They had to run out to get the tires. I have been going to Keyzer Miller Ford for service for 22+ years I was extremely happy until recently. I might have to move on. They seem to have started price gouging, forget about your premium warranty 22+ years I was extremely happy until recently. I might have to move on. They seem to have started price gouging, forget about your premium warranty and try to bill for repairs covered by warranty, they just recommand multiple maintenances not due for 15k miles. This all started end of 2025. Something is going over there and I am not liking it. More
