OMG...bought this car from Keyes Toyota in Van Nuys...just before pulling out of THEIR parking lot, one of their service managers discovered with me the window wont go down...HE TOLD ME to bring it back to them n they would fix it...I brought it back to them, they said they would order parts n replace them...I called back in 10 days n was told by a Manager that they could not get the parts (Funny I found the parts on E Bay)...Sounds like I am getting dumped on...i will wait to see what they do...maybe send me gas card would be nice....Will NEVER buy a car from Keyes again...they walk crooked...hoping they will buy car back

My nasty brother has got onto this review page and wrote some nasty things....I, the owner, have been put in an unfortunate position with this Mitsubishi, so I am only hoping that Keyes does the right thing an assist me in making things right....thats all I can do
