im on the dealer before 9am coz my appt. is 9am.. and then the guy said i need to wait like 1 1/2 hr.to 2hr.before my car done. then suddey i recieve a call after 2hr.he said i need to wai is 9am.. and then the guy said i need to wait like 1 1/2 hr.to 2hr.before my car done. then suddey i recieve a call after 2hr.he said i need to wait another 3 more hr.coz the mechanic is on lunch break thats was 11am and he said the mechanic there be back at 1:30pm. im so very upset that time.thats why i made an appt..that why i cancelled my appt.that time coz i dont want to wait another or morethan 4hr.agian. This is way after I bought my car I only went for a check up that came with or I go for recalls. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THERE THING UNLESS THEY ARE SELLING YOU A CAR!!! Once they get your money for a car, your someone who can wait all day long for them to work on you car. Thank you for your time More

The service advisor was very helpful and explained what needed attention. There were several things that needed work and he recommended the one that was the most important since I didn't want to do all of needed attention. My first encounter with sales was dreadful, I met someone who was waiting outside and he completely blew me off. Reached out through the website and Karen was very very helpful. I went in and while all were helpful the wait particularly for the financing was very very long. But my real problem is that I was not given any information about an extended warranty which was added to my loan. While I signed the papers the number repeated again and again was $565 per month--at one point even with mention of warranty in the same sentence. With a MacPro it took a while to read the thumb drive which was my only copy of the contract. When I saw that the amount of the monthly bill had increased significantly I was confused and angry. I assume that it reflects the warranty. I have texted Karen at the dealership and have heard nothing yet. While I had to hurry because of the lengthy waits not giving full or any disclosure about the warranty was wrong. More
