I have been driving Toyotas since 2006 and have always taken it to Keyes for service. They know their stuff and, being exclusively Toyota, have everything on hand to fix anything. John Fildisis was very knowledgeable, helpful and provided us with excellent service. However, Keyes Toyota has gone to the “cheap side”, by not resuming its car washes after the pandemic, but als provided us with excellent service. However, Keyes Toyota has gone to the “cheap side”, by not resuming its car washes after the pandemic, but also not even providing bottled water to its customers. I understand the food handling concerns regarding setting out cookies, etc., but bottled water, as well? Btw, there are now several ginormous vending machines, so that customers are now able to further enrich Keyes Toyota! More

My car has been well serviced by the Agency since I bought it in 2006. All recommendations by customer service agents have been followed. With the acquisition of the service department from the origi bought it in 2006. All recommendations by customer service agents have been followed. With the acquisition of the service department from the original Keyes owner, there seems to be a push for additional services that are not necessary. This happened to me on 7/12/22. Fortunately I caught the mistake. The service recommended had already been performed on 1/11/21. I'm an eighty-year-old woman who know nothing about cars. Therefore I trusted the service department recommendations. I no longer have that trust. More
