I had no issue with my service. I bought my car from Keyes Toyota less than 2 weeks ago and has had issues that Keyes Toyota were unable to solve: - rattling engine noise at cold start. They cleaned the throttle body but is still maki and has had issues that Keyes Toyota were unable to solve: - rattling engine noise at cold start. They cleaned the throttle body but is still making noises; - brake noises. The brakes makes a loud noise at cold start. When I test drove the car, it didn't make this noise. I had to make 2 visits to their service department, one of them I left the car overnight. The service guy I spoke to said this noise is normal. I have owned cars for over 24 years and am aware this noise isn't something normal - it's either a faulty or a cheap part they put in. Overall I'm very unhappy with my purchase. More

I don’t want to say that keyes toyota in general but some of the employees are dishonest and don’t care about the customers. And also I brought my Car there because I decided to buy out my lease and so the d of the employees are dishonest and don’t care about the customers.
