I made an appointment for a regular oil change I advised them over the phone what my miles were however when I showed up for the appointment they wanted to charge me $199. Because the miles had gone over by 50 miles this was supposed to be a free with my purchase. They don’t honor what they promise. Stay away!!! More
I wasn’t pleased with the price of my oil change. It was estimated at $179 and when I asked for the lowest possible price- standard oil change he quoted $159. I brought in a 2006 Highlander that we had paid $6000 in order to get it serviced and updated with all the most recent fluids. T the sales team. The Rep seemed nice enough and I relayed what we had paid and that we wanted to keep it updated with service. I also pointed out two minor issues (a seat and panel that needed tightening) and he said he would address both. He told me he'd need to keep the car overnight to properly diagnose and update. Two hours later, he called with an estimated $10,000 in repairs that he highly recommend. For a 18-year-old vehicle that was only worth $6000. He said it was an investment in the future of a car. No car is an investment. Certainly not one that's 18 years old. When I passed on the service, he did a 180 and immediately recommended $1,200 worth of fluids. When I returned the next day, I paid my bill and got my car. I immediately realized that the two things that Giovanni promised to look into (the seat and the panel) had remained unaddressed with zero explanation on the invoice or otherwise why they weren't addressed. This is the very reason why people distrust mechanics and service departments. We are putting a huge deal of faith and trust into someone wanting what's best for the car and the owner (while still earning a tremendous profit). It's an area that we rely on an expert to guide us through because of our general ignorance on what is truly needed for a vehicle. Find a local mechanic you trust. Stay away from Keyes Toyota. More
Please do not buy a car from Keyes at all. If you do, please make sure they do not sell you a car without spare keyes. I bought a used BMW from them and it took me over six months for them to deliver me the spare key promised in the due bill. This yearnin February I bought a 2023 Toyota Tundra off the showroom floor and again I was promised that the spare key on a new truck would come in three months. It is almost the end of the year and after two calls to them at beg of summer and end of summer no spare key. Be smart and do not accept your brand new vehicle without a spare. I almost lost my key but I was lucky to find it. When I called them to ask for my spare, they told me it was my responsibility and I had to tow and pay for the replacement key myself. I will not buy any car from keys anymore. More

Ron Khayat was the Product Specialist who sold me a Certified Rav4 Hybrid. You won't believe how nice this guy is. He took time to clearly explain the certification process, how a hybrid works (this is Certified Rav4 Hybrid. You won't believe how nice this guy is. Went through how everything in the car works --- in short, he did a fabulous job. I took my car for service and they damaged my vehicle they gave me a hard time to get it fix and replaced.
