Recently leased a car at the Keys Hyundai dealership. I couldn't be more happy with our experience. Previously at other dealerships, I've always felt overwhelmed and pressured. She had our best interest at hand and was transparent about every step of the process. She took her time to help me get to know my car and all the features it comes with! She also helped me download all the APPs needed for my new electric car! I highly recommend her to anyone coming to buy or lease a new car. More

Quick turnaround of my vehicle for a Recall service. Carlos is always great to work with. What could have been improved this time, was that the person who initially checked in my car and put a numbe Carlos is always great to work with. It was confusing and I had to eventually ask. Turns out I did need to wait with the car and speak with Carlos at the car. The same person went to get my car after the service. I gave him my claim slip and again, no communication. I was waiting in the covered service area and he was out in the street honking the horn of my car for me to come out there. I had no idea that's where he would be. Sure would be helpful if this person communicated better with the customers. More

Arrived at my appointed time and was promptly helped by John. I had a recalled software issue that needed attention so the job was estimated to take a 3 hours. Very happy with the whole experience. Btw. I drive 20 miles to this dealership even though I live 1 mile from the one in Glendale. The Glendale dealership doesn't even bother to answer their phone. She kept me informed at every step of the way and answered all my questions promptly and personably. I got just the vehicle I wanted (they aren't sold in NM) and the paperwork and delivery were seamless. It's unfortunate I'll have to rely on my local dealer to provide service, but based on this experience I'd have had no hesitation in bringing my vehicle to Keyes for service.
