Lease end rip off I returned my car and now need to pay 400$ No one said anything when I was there getting the car Now when the lease ended I got a latter from them I returned my car and now need to pay 400$ No one said anything when I was there getting the car Now when the lease ended I got a latter from them saying I owe 400$ When going to the dealership the MANAGER is saying - "it's on your contract ..." You should've read it before signing No one told me nothing about this fee + I had a few cars on a lease before and never had this issue before Those guys there are just trying to make a sale no matter what Worst customer service I have ever got I will never get another Hyundai no matter what Even for free (it will probably come again with hidden fees ) Ps . Manager told me - what is your last name ? I will look out for your review after I left the dealership unhappy So rude ... Do not do business with them unless you like to be ripped off More

There are a lot of bad reviews. Anyway, I had a very easy experience buying a car at Van Nuys Keyes Hyundai. I was here on a Sunday morning (I didn't know they opened later on sundays) and nobody was here. I decided to look around and see if I can find the car I was looking for. At around 9:30am I saw that guys were starting to fill balloons and stuff and steve greeted me and asked if we needed help. He helped me find the car which was parked in the back because it had just had a tire replaced. He says he thinks somebody ran over a nail with it. I ended up driving the car home in a couple hours. Very friendly staff. Rest assured I will be coming to buy cars from Keyes from now on. Go see my man Steve in the used car department and Fedy in finance! More

Bait and Switch I came to this dealership this afternoon for a Base Elantra. They didnt have the car. They have many of the Elantra SE and thats what we tried negotiating. We finalized at $189 a month at $0 down. Moments later, they found a base model and wanted me to get that Base model instead. Louigi was the sales manager. He changed his mind about selling me the SE model. It was a terrible experience. I ended up walking away. Louigi is a terrible sales manager without a customer service experience. This is an example of bait and switch form of selling. More

I don't get it. I really don't understand any of the bad reviews here. My family bought three cars here, Sonata limited edition for my husband in 2012 from Richard Ch I really don't understand any of the bad reviews here. My family bought three cars here, Sonata limited edition for my husband in 2012 from Richard Chan, a certified Santa Fe awd in 2013 for my daughter from Manny Wong and a Sonata turbo with the panorama sunroof in 2014 from Steve Chung. I mean for the love of God it's a business transaction. I am in marketing for a home goods manufacturing company and I can tell you right now that every business transaction that has ever been made in the history of the planet has it's high points and it's low points. I don't understand why people get so upset. NEGOTIATION sometimes take a while and when both parties agree you have a deal. Simple as that. My experience with Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys was professional. We came to a mutual agreement three times in three years. Three negotiations, three deals. That alone gets Keyes Hyundai 5 stars in every category. The only negative thing I have to say is that the last time I went the women's bathroom was out of order. More

DONT BUY A CAR HERE! I recently purchased a car here in OCT 2014 and in less than two months my 2015 Veloster had a major issue. The service department didn’t get back to I recently purchased a car here in OCT 2014 and in less than two months my 2015 Veloster had a major issue. The service department didn’t get back to me until a day later to tell me what was wrong with the car and I had to literally keep calling to try and get a answer after 5 attempts to John and Miles and my sales man and no answer my friend finally went for me while I was at work and the advisor was sitting on the order the car hadn’t been diagnosed nothing had been done. It’s like pulling teeth with these people then later that evening I finally got a call from John and he said that my engine was bad and they have to replace the whole engine. I still haven’t got my car back. I strongly suggest to go elsewhere for a car this place has really bad service in every department and false promises, I never bought a Hyundai before and when I get another car next year it certainly will not be a Hyundai the deal wasn’t even that great I’m stuck paying payments on a car I don’t even have and have to worry if something else will mess up on this car. My excitement for this car lasted all but 2 months for a 2015 Veloster, I guess these people really just care about making a sale at any cost even selling cars with engine problems . They dont even deserve one star. Happy holidays. More

After getting an on-line quote from CR/True Car, I got the cold shoulder once I indicated that I would not be financing/leasing with them (i.e. no back end profit). Classic bait and switch.
