Took care of my quickly without an appointment I had an issue with my trunk latch and had to drive to dealership with my trunk tied down with shoestring (Was all I could find in my car). Jimmy Mol I had an issue with my trunk latch and had to drive to dealership with my trunk tied down with shoestring (Was all I could find in my car). Jimmy Molina took care of me without an appointment, had it fixed and me back on the road quickly. To my delight he even had the outside of the car washed for me. This guy really went above and beyond to make my experience great. More

WORST MANAGER EVER. The manager gave me a fake name when I asked for it. Told us his name was Juan Carlos Gonzalez, when we spoke to the head manager he told me that the The manager gave me a fake name when I asked for it. Told us his name was Juan Carlos Gonzalez, when we spoke to the head manager he told me that the person under that name stopped working here months ago. I then found out his name was “Miguel” if that truly is correct, and they refused to provide me with his business card. He was extremely rude and walked away from me when I was explaining the problem. Worst customer service on the planet. More
Great, quick service I brought my car in for a simple "check engine" light diagnosis (it is still under warranty). I dropped my car off with John Shaw at the appointed tim I brought my car in for a simple "check engine" light diagnosis (it is still under warranty). I dropped my car off with John Shaw at the appointed time and he was very professional and friendly. I waited at the dealership for the repairs to be completed. It turned out to be a bad sensor which was quickly replaced under warranty and I was on my way in a couple of hours. I was very happy with John and the entire service department in general. More
