I honestly don't know where to begin. This was the most disturbing, negative and unprofessional experience I've ever encountered with any business in my entire life. Let's start with the salesperson named disturbing, negative and unprofessional experience I've ever encountered with any business in my entire life. Let's start with the salesperson named Siuzanna Asratian because I'm still recovering from her emotional hostility and borderline harassment that she's put me through. I purchased the car and scheduled a pick up for the next day. When I returned to pick it up, Siuzanna was assigned to demo it for me. Upon me inspecting the vehicle, I noticed a small but noticeable damage on the bottom left corner under the headlight. I pointed it out to Siuzanna and asked her to note it in the report as I know it's my legal right, so that I don't get blamed for it upon me returning the car at the end of the lease. She laughed at me. I had to ask again and she said the will call the manager. The manager came and handled it by giving me the signed paper. Right then at the spot I decided that I want it fixed, after all, why wouldn't I? When I told Siuzanna I want it fixed, she proceeded questioning me as to why I asked the proof of the damage on paper. I told her because the service is already closed for the day and I can't leave the lot without documenting the damage, because then I don't have any proof that it's a preexisting damage. So, whether I want it fixed or not, I still need it documented. She then proceeded harassing me with the raised voice that I'm obligated to trust her word and cannot exercise my legal right to have preexisting damage documented. If I have to trust your word, why did I sign the lease then? Just trust my word that I'll be paying for the car every month! I was shocked! I then repeated again that I had the damage documented so that I could leave the lot and I want it fixed because why wouldn't I? She then continued harassing me in demeaning tone that I must trust them and that they had cameras as a proof of damage! What? How can security cameras capture small damage under the headlight of the car? When I pointed to her that she refuses me my legal right, she just mocked me and exclaimed again that customers must just trust her word blindly and not have any documented proof for preexisting damages before leaving the lot! I was so speechless and I still am, a week later. On top of it all, they drove my car for extra 6 miles between the time I purchased it and the time I picked it up the very next day. Extra miles that, of course, will be included in my limit. I already can't wait for my lease to be over, so that I can return the car and forget this terrible, emotionally disturbing and hostile experience that Siuzanna put me through once and for all. Please save yourself your nerve cells and shop at any other Hyundai dealer. More

I've been to plenty of Hyundai dealerships before and had been lied to, had prices jacked up, and all-around a terrible experience but the keyes Hyundai team has changed that all for me. Aaron Burkhard was my service manager and every time I go I can rely on him to be honest, and to truly care about getting the job done properly. He was able to fix issues that the dealership in Tampa, Fl was unable to handle and is always a huge help in taking care of my vehicle. 10/10 More
