I have had my Genesis serviced here for several years. Today is the end. I needed a new battery - the very surly and stunningly rude service person told me that I should have made an appointment! Reall Today is the end. I needed a new battery - the very surly and stunningly rude service person told me that I should have made an appointment! Really? Did I know that the battery would fail today? The young man, with whom I spoke when I drove in, relayed the problem to the manager, he returned to tell me that someone would come to talk to me. I wish I knew his name - the only bright spot in my visit. More

Cassandra took care of me because Carlos was at lunch when I arrived early for my appointment. She handled the intake efficiently and I was on my way to lunch with a friend while my car was being service when I arrived early for my appointment. She handled the intake efficiently and I was on my way to lunch with a friend while my car was being serviced. I'm very happy with the efficiency of the service department and the quality of work. On another note, my friend came to meet me at the dealership. She walked through the showroom and not one person approached her. She happens to be in the market for a new car and would have welcomed an opportunity to check out Hyundai vehicles, knowing how satisfied I was with my car and the dealership. I don't know if the fact that she's a Black woman had anything to do with it, but this was a lost opportunity for your sales staff. More
