My first scheduled maintenance for my new Kona EV was great! Carlos made sure I understood what would be looked at and answered questions I had about my new vehicle. I was there to do the service but John Shaw let me wait more than 20minutes doing nothing. The lady was helping me first and she told me to wait for John and I heard they are talking about mileage and John more than 20minutes doing nothing. The lady was helping me first and she told me to wait for John and I heard they are talking about mileage and John told her we can not do it so I told her lady that it shows maintenance come up on screen and she told me to wait so John will help me after he is done is other customer. I was keep waiting until he comes but I show him in his office in while and not helping me so I got off from car and asked him why you are helping and he raised up his voice and telling me that I told you we can't so I told him that lady told me to wait. If that was the case then he should come up to me and explain why and do not wait so I would not waist my time. He was very rude and it is my first time that the dealership service dept. was that rude and raise voice to customer. "John Shaw" is not the person to serve customer. Very bad attitude. Because of him I ruined my day and also I will never buy the car at this dealer. More
