Avoid these money suckers, no feel for customers I purchased used volt last Sunday while test drive there was low air pressure on passenger side tire and asked them to correct everything before takin I purchased used volt last Sunday while test drive there was low air pressure on passenger side tire and asked them to correct everything before taking car out from lot, they kept me waiting for 3 hours and gave the car without any messages on dashboard. in two days same message popped up and immediately notified and requested for suggestion and no response from dealer, car key low charge battery as well. Buying certified car from dealer and deal with these messages on dashboard and no response from dealer frustrates any customer. I have noticed response from Keys and giving my rating here based on my experience. New customers please watch out for these guys gym-mics and ignoring customers after they done with them..( More

I came into the dealership slightly undecided on what family vehicle would be best for me and upon arrival I was greeted by Samuel Sandoval a great salesperson, who was very much patient with helping put me in the right fit for me and my growing family, he showed genuine interest in making it a smooth car deal. The car was delivered wonderfully and all of my questions were answered. The dealership itslef was very clean, the music was nice and not overly distracting, the rest of the staff also was very friendly and made the effort to ensure I was being taken care of, overall the whole car deal was swifter than most I’ve dealt with in the past and I’d recomend it to anyone looking to get into a new or used Chevrolet vehicle . Great experience . I want to thank Deaa and his manger Onik for getting me into a 2018 volt , I came on New Year’s Eve . The receptionest told me to wait while she gets I want to thank Deaa and his manger Onik for getting me into a 2018 volt , I came on New Year’s Eve . The receptionest told me to wait while she gets me a salesman I waited for about 20 minutes sitting in the lounge nobody showed up then sure enough Deaa was walking by to check on one of his customers and he asked if I was being helped I said no i’ve been waiting for a long time , he introduced himself and said he will come in couple minutes and help me out and sure did . Deaa and his manger Nick stayed patient with me tell 11 pm New Year’s Eve and got me in the car I wanted . I been shopping around everywhere and no one was able to “close” me but he sure did his job and got me in a new car .
