I was able to just call and secure an afternoon appointment same day and they were happy to fit me in and accommodate my request. The service adviser (Gary) at Keyes and worked hard to get the service done and my car washed in only about an hour so I could be on my way. They have a very nice and spacious customer lounge with free WiFi and complementary snacks, so was able to work productively while I waited. The price was good and the service adviser did not try to "up-sell" me on unnecessary services like they do at some of the other dealerships (BMW) I deal with. More
