Bad Customer Service, fraud and racist 5/15/2020 On August, 2019, my husband took my SUV for regular maintenance service at this location in Van nuys, and he also mentioned that the AC was 5/15/2020 On August, 2019, my husband took my SUV for regular maintenance service at this location in Van nuys, and he also mentioned that the AC was blowing warm air on idle or while waiting a green light, and while driving the air was cold, then they said that it would be $199.00 for the diagnostic of the problem, then they found a leaking on the system, and we told them to fix it (I was with my husband), they charged almost $500.00, and after fixed at the beginning it was blowing cold air, I used my AC during summer only (about 2 months after fixed)then after I didn't even turn on the AC, I kept my SUV in my garage for about two months, and in March when I took my car for a trip we noticed that the AC was doing exact the same like when I took it for service back in August, I tried to schedule but because the coronavirus they were close until May, I took my car on May , 01, 2020, and explained the same issue as before, they said they wouldn't be able to fix it because the technician wasn't there, and come back in two weeks, I took it back on May, 14, and as soon that My husband checked in the car Sam Macuk (service advisor), said in this words "should be something else, not what it was fixed before", how can he say that if they haven't checked the car? Right there we noticed that they were not going to repair the car even if the job was still under warranty as they states on the invoice, I left it at the dealer then I received a phone call from Sam Macuk saying that they found the leak and the repair would be $990.00, really!!! They charged for the repair and on top they want to charge this amount to repair the same issue again, I spoke to the Manager and the manager was even worse, he even wants to charge for the diagnostic, I have taken my cars for service at other locations and never had this kind of customer service and rude racist service advisor along with the racist manager Christopher, yes they're racist as well, because they're cocky and want to look down the customers, I hope this helps to other customers and not to do the same mistake as we did, be aware of this scams or frauds at this location, and this is a real review, not fake ones from 5 stars that for sure are posted by the dealer!!!! More
