Finally got it right! It took a while, 2 months but the problem was finally corrected. Two months ago,"propulsion reduced" message showed up and check engine light went on It took a while, 2 months but the problem was finally corrected. Two months ago,"propulsion reduced" message showed up and check engine light went on. They found and replaced a blown F03 fuse. Same thing happened a month later, the first time the engine ran in my Volt. Left the car at Keyes for 8 days---this time they decided the Exhaust Gas Re-circulation (EGR) valve was bad. This part was back ordered so I drove the car on battery for a month. Finally EGR valve arrived and was installed yesterday. Ran the engine driving home with no problem, so I think all is finally good. Cost was covered under the emission system warranty. More
