I purchased a used vehicle and I have to share my bad experience! They try to pray on the misinformed by having customer purchase VIN sketching, paint protection and other unnecessary aftermarket it experience! They try to pray on the misinformed by having customer purchase VIN sketching, paint protection and other unnecessary aftermarket items to markup loan amount! I immediately decline which saved me over $3000 in useless add ons. Keyes of Chevrolet claims to inspect all used vehicle prior to customer purchases, they lie about that too. After purchasing my vehicle and having it inspected by a reputable shop I found out that the vehicle has many issues including mechanical. I immediately reached out to the dealership via email to resolve these matters since Keyes dealership provides 30day 1000 miles warranty protection but unfortunately Keyes Chevrolet failed to honor their own warranty. I advise everyone to make sure to receive a copy of their SIGNED due bill document because Keyes Chevrolet finance department won’t provide you one and make up excuses. Keyes Chevrolet of Van Nuys will run your credit numerous times with the same creditor so you can get unnecessary hard inquiries. Please stay away from this dealership unless you want to get ripped off and scammed. More
