Customer service is the pits. If I could give a negative rating I would. Every member of the service staff is rude and acts put out to take care customer’s needs. Denise acts like taking care of your servicing needs are taking up her time. Brandi doesn’t return calls or communicate, it took her 10 days to call me about my recall items while they had my car. Brian, the service manager, is his title but he is rude and uncaring and Lenora the GM, doesn’t hold her employees accountable and makes excuses for their poor service. Steer clear of this place. More
