Sorry about getting this review back late about these fellows, but i've been under the weather the last few days. Rod and Mike are car salesmen's, for very 1st time I feal like I was going to the dentist fellows, but i've been under the weather the last few days. Rod and Mike are car salesmen's, for very 1st time I feal like I was going to the dentist. Mike had shown the 2014 Esacpe previously and did a excellent job presenting the car it's features. The night we saw Rod we had been at Ford dealer precessor and couldn't work out deal. Rod gave us good deal on the vehicle we searching for and with more options at the price we wanted without pressuring us like other dealers. Well done to ROD & MIKE and for Joe in service dept., which I've worked with on previous vehicle services has always been a pleasure work with vehicle repairs. Good job Keyscale employees! Now that I feel better I'm going to go drive my new Escape. More

When we first stopped at the dealership, we were only going to look at vehicles, particularly the Ford Edge, with no real plan to buy that day. We told Rod that we were just looking and he asked if we were looking to trade and we said yes. To make a long story short, we agreed to test drive a grey metallic SEL that we liked. After the ride, Rod took us in to his office and "sold" us on the deal. Needless to say, he was very convincing and we were very satisfied with the trade.... I called the dealership after viewing a vehicle I saw on line. I asked to speak with someone in sales. A very pleasant woman by the name of Cathy Langbehn took my call. Since I was calling the day before Christmas, we set up an appointment for me view the vehicle and take it for a test drive the day after Christmas. I emailed her pictures of the vehicle I would be trading in & the vin #. She was able to have my trade appraised prior to my appointment. After test driving the new vehicle and some further negotiations, the sale was completed. I couldn't be happier. Cathy Langbehn made this a very pleasant experience !!! She has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. I will return to this dealership in the future...and recommend Cathy Langbehn to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a vehicle !!!!
