Unfortunately the vehicle in question was in the process of being sold when you arrived. We categorize a vehicle as "sold" once a customer has placed a partial payment on the vehicle. However, a vehicle may be "sold" but not "delivered," if the customer is preparing financing but wants to hold the vehicle in their name. Whether through one of our banks/lenders or their own financial institution. That was the situation in this case. The vehicle was still on the premises while the customer secured their financing.
