Great car-buying experience~ There are few things in life that I despise more than buying a car. Any excitement I might feel about the prospect of owning a new (or new-to-me) auto There are few things in life that I despise more than buying a car. Any excitement I might feel about the prospect of owning a new (or new-to-me) automobile is usually outweighed by the anxiety and distaste for the buying experience itself. Imagine my pleasant surprise when Key made the process pretty painless and restored my "I got a new car!" excitement. My husband and I went in with a pretty good idea of what we wanted, what we could pay and what features were (or were not) important to us. Justin Corral met us at the door and started out by asking specific questions about our needs and wants for our purchase. He was attentive, showed us the cars we asked to see, and never once did he try to sell on something that was outside of the parameters we set up front. Even better, he never asked the dreaded and oh-so-cliche' "What can we do to put you in this car today?" He walked us through all the options that fit our needs and helped us pick out the right vehicle for us. Honestly, we only went to look around and test drive a few models we were interested in, but the entire thing went so smoothly, we drove our Sante Fe Sport home yesterday afternoon. We traveled an hour and a half to shop at Key. It was well worth the drive, and we'd definitely consider becoming repeat customers! More

We stated no we have been waiting here for about 15-20 min. Sean apologized that we had been waiting and no one had greated us. He asked us what kind of car we were wanting which we already knew the Sante Fe Sport. He took us on the test drive and really listened to our needs in making sure the vehicle was right for us! I can't say it enough he made us feel like family and we will be returning to him not only for our vehicles but for friends and families vehicles!! One heck of a sales rep you have there!!! Such a different experience with this dealership! I went to Key based on an Allstate True Car deal recommendation. I literally got a call 30 seconds after I submitted the request from their internet I went to Key based on an Allstate True Car deal recommendation. I literally got a call 30 seconds after I submitted the request from their internet sales dept. I ended up going the next day and got the opportunity to work with Thomas Logan. Super nice guy, no high pressure, which is what I was used to dealing with at another area Hyundai location that I had leased from for the last 6 years. It was further than my most local dealer but so worth the drive!!! I was looking for a specific color in a vehicle I had done my research on and they had it. However, after a discussion with my husband just before I left to meet Thomas we decided that I would perhaps bump up to the next package....if the deal was right. Before we left in the vehicle I had requested, I told Thomas that I would be interested in perhaps upping my price point if they could come up with a great deal. We like to lease our vehicles because we can get more bang for the buck and still be within the warranty period. While they did not have the particular color I was looking for in the new package I was requesting on site, they ran their numbers and came up with spot on what I was looking to spend per month...I had never told them what that was. I wanted to see what deal they could do and how motivated they were to get me as a customer. And boy did they ever!! I can't believe how nice they were...and not like smarmy nice just to get you to sign. No high pressure sales pitch, just a feeling of "let's see what we can do for you and if you like what we have to offer, then you make the decision." I was so impressed that when it's time for my teenage son to get his first car we will be back!! But I digress. Thomas found me the exact car I was looking for (somewhere in the state) and told me he could have it the next day but I let him know I couldn't be back for a couple of days due to prior commitments. He called me the second he got it in and had it detailed before I got there. When I came back to do the deal he made sure what he had gotten for me was EXACTLY what I wanted before I did anything. And I didn't have to wait around for hours to get things done and on the road. The day we went it was like hurricane season outside but Thomas made sure we stayed dry while he ran around in the weather and got everything taken care of. I will definitely be doing business with these guys again in the future and I LOVE MY NEW SANTA FE SPORT (Copper Canyon, don't be jealous) More
