Frankly, were it not for his level of service, we would have easily stayed our original course of purchasing a used vehicle from one of their competitors. Thomas was the epitome of professional and no nonsense. His integrity and commitment to service was above and beyond. What he didn't know when I originally came into the dealership was that within the last year, we had been into Key Auto with the intention of trading in my 2012 Tahoe, we had worked with a different sales rep and were not able to come to an agreement. We met with sales person Sean Mickey, who was courteous, very low-key and no-pressure - just the kind of person I prefer to deal with. In short, Sean listened to what we said we wanted, then put together a price that was acceptable from the outset. We picked up our new Sante Fe Sport the other day.
