Purchase Thomas was very nice and always professional, however very quick to make a deal that led to some confusion on pricing. Your service man was very nice and agreed that since this is common to have corrosion on brakes they should have been checked before delivery. I have owned a Lexus for over 12 years - 4 different vehicles, whenever it is serviced there is coffee , water and my car is washed and a loaner readily available. If you want Genesis to complete with BMW or Lexus you need to increase your services. More
