Again this week, my appointment with him was perfect: on time, kept fully informed, vehicle was ready when advised and the cost was what was quoted. Kaream is consistently polite, personable and professional. The service mechanics themselves must be very well trained and individually determined to perform their services with care and precision as they keep my 2008 Hyundai Sonata running so well. He acted more like a friendly advisor than the stereotyped "car salesman" He answered all of our questions, explained the features and was very professional in his duties. He should be the yardstick by which all sales people should be measured. He even helped us with the programing of the blue link which was way over our heads.
