The service is is usually top notch, this time it wasn’t . Timing was way off based on previous oil changes. As a result my granddaughter was late for work! I did express my dissatisfaction and was met with . Timing was way off based on previous oil changes. As a result my granddaughter was late for work! I did express my dissatisfaction and was met with excuses. I asked the person I was talking with about getting touch up paint. He did not check for me. Poor customer service. I have never experienced this before. The person who came to get me, finally, did check for me and ordered it for me. He had a completely different attitude.I surly hope I never received bad customer service again! More
