Hi Again, the reason why im sending this email is because i received a call from Gary Peters, Gary called me asking me if he can do something for me and after that he started to talk about the video telling i received a call from Gary Peters, Gary called me asking me if he can do something for me and after that he started to talk about the video telling me that he saw the video, that Arthur AJ handled the situation better than him that he would do diferent and the told me that everything that AJ did was right and Gary started telling me to remove the reviews that left and the video demanding to take it down, telling me that there are laws in NH and that i violated it wich is not true, is clear that Gary did not saw the entire video he tried to manipulate and intimidate me with this, and tried to make me believe that hyundai at first was going to cover the transmission but becuse of my behavior is not longer to do it he also asked me to pick up my car demanding to remove it from his lot in a humilliate way wich i did, and honestly i don't know how these people get this job with this poor customer service, Gary told me that he is a manager but in the hyundai's website he is a service director and the worst is there was no a single apology for 1 keeping my car for over month 2 not communicating anything i have to be calling 3 giving me my car with 2 mayor issues the transmission that wasn't like that And the ECU model the computer of the car doesn't respond. 4 Lied saying that i twoed my car there because it was stop when i actually drove the car there and accusing me of aggressive and unruly, just lying This How disgusting my experience was with this place people feed up with ego and very disrespectful but anyways unfortunately IM NOT REMOVING ANYTHING....
