I was very nervous bringing my very first car in for its first inspection. But everyone in the service department was very nice and calming. I had another location tell me that they didn’t think my car woul first inspection. But everyone in the service department was very nice and calming. I had another location tell me that they didn’t think my car would pass state inspection, but the technician, Jay, looked at it and said it only needed a couple of small things. I got scared that the price was going to be incredibly high and that my first car was a waste of money. My service advisor, Ewen, had produced a cost and had said that after these things were taken care of the vehicle should be good for longer than I thought. Thank you service department for helping me through my very first state inspection and making me feel good about my very first car!! More
