In the past, I've called and asked Mike questions, and he has answered every one with patience, a detailed explanation, and his recommendations when prompted. My most recent dealing with the Service Department went smoothly and the work was done perfectly and it was completed much sooner than originally estimated. While there, I again asked Mike some additional technical questions of which he had the answers and was able to share them with me in non-technical, understandable terms. It is not hyperbole when I write that I've had the best Sales and Service experiences at Key Chrysler Dodge Ram of Portsmouth, than at any other dealership in my many years of purchasing cars. More
