I’ve tried to give this dealership a chance time and time again, but I’ve had enough. I leave there feeling as though they don’t know what they’re doing. What’s also bothersome is the feeling they were underhanded. I’ve never had a service dept charge me for ‘shop supplies’ - it’s always been factored into the cost. Last time I went there the service manager went out of his way, which is what brought me back. Based on this last visit it appears the ownership has changed his mindset to be more strict with charging incidentals, and more rigid. It’s time to move on. More
