We recently bought a new van from here. We needed service on a different van that had a coolant leak. After $2000 in repairs the van still had a coolant leak. I understand things happen, but when we brought it back it sat for a week untouched. This is a fleet vehicle for our business so once we found out it was still sitting we picked it up. So after spending $2000 the issue was never resolved. Communication from service was poor. I would call and leave a message with no response back. Ended up having to go to another dealer. More

They went out of their way to work with my credit union to get me into the car. When I discovered problems a day after the sale they told me they would take cair of them, but wound up doing nothing.
