This was my second vehicle at this dealship. Was a good experience. I would recommend you to anyone that ask. My wife enjoyed the experience as well. Salesman never showed me the functions of the vehicle, they sent me home after buying it without the proper paper work to register and I had to get it from my insurance company and return to have them fil they sent me home after buying it without the proper paper work to register and I had to get it from my insurance company and return to have them fill it out. Dealer told insurance company it was my responsibility to get the paper work which the agent told him they were responsible which then the dearler hung up on her. I was told by the salesman that to install fender liners it would cost $175 only to find out it is $675. My new truck has someone else’s paired phone linked to it which I can’t remove because I don’t have that persons phone to remove it. The bed had a lot of pollen lines in it because the drain hole was blocked solid with maple tree seedlings along with leaves between the truck body and the bed and the air intake area below the wipers was full of maple tree seedlings. When I told them about it their reply was” we don’t open the hood when cleaning for delivery. They also transposed my drivers license numbers on the bill of sale, I had to correct that. More
