Great Experience and Friendly people I was researching cars on the internet and soon after received a call from David Hayes that he thought they had the car I was interested in. We soon m I was researching cars on the internet and soon after received a call from David Hayes that he thought they had the car I was interested in. We soon met with David and Key Buick had a Buick Enclave that had the color and interior and most of the features we wanted except for running boards and a cargo package. Davis said he could order it and have it installed which he did. We brought the car back and 2 days later the running boards were installed as promised. David went over all the features and operation of the car and made sure we were comfortable with everything including setting up the On-Star and matching my wife's phone to the car. David seems to have our best interest at heart and explained everything to our satisfaction. Brad handled the financing and it was quite painless. he was through and professional with our dealings. My wife and I were quite pleased with the experienced we received at Key Buick. I have never owned a GM product but with this experience, it may not be our last. More

New Yukon My wife and I were in the market for a 2016 GMC Yukon. Our first initial contact was via the Internet and the response time was almost immediate and e My wife and I were in the market for a 2016 GMC Yukon. Our first initial contact was via the Internet and the response time was almost immediate and extremely helpful. We also established contact with two other GMC dealers in the area but the communication and follow through from one dealer in particular was horrible. We decided to visit Key and one other dealer for a test drive and to discuss potential deals. We met with Justin at Key GMC and he was courteous and very knowledgeable about the Yukon. His follow up after our visit and subsequent negotiations were transparent and painless. The other dealer we visited took forever to get us a price for our trade in and a quote for the new vehicle. They finally presented us a proposal 5 hours after we visited the other dealership. We ultimately purchased our new Yukon from Justin at Key GMC and the process with their finance department was very professional and efficient.
