Torn experience, changed to well taken care of. Original review: "The service center is very slow. I was second in line for the day, before the garage opened. Got all checked in for a transmission service that I specifically said when I called to set up appt. The person checking me couldn't find that anywhere. I also asked to get a/c system looked at because of an intermittent noise just on start up when a/c was left on. An hour later I was told that I had a front crank seal,leak causing noise, labor costs and time to do it. They also recommended other maintenance that I had to decline cause of costs and time. 2 hours later I was finally waiting to get paperwork to pay. So in 3 hours the tech did about and hour diagnosis and a transmission service which only required lines to be hooked up and a machine turned on to swap fluid. Also after taking 20 minutes to be able to cash out because when I got paperwork to cashier, she had no information on what,was done or anything so she had to make calls. Finally pay and get back to car to find the techs plastic seat cover, paper floor Matt and tag number still in car. On my final invoice it says they also did a multipoint inspection. Ha. If they did they would have told me about the tires needing to be replaced too which i went there knowing. Judging by all this, I'm thinking I'll have to go somewhere else to get a/c looked at again to get pressures read. I have a feeling the pressures were never read and need to be. Should,have been done first if you ask me. I'll also,be looking for a different place for services too. New/Changed ReviewService Manager, called about our experience, I explained our experience, and our concerns, asked questions about what is the normal for different checks they perform that happened to our vehicle. Asked if we should have paperwork with results, which were not given to us. He expressed is apologies and that he desperately wanted to make it right. His concern was our happiness and confidence in the vehicle and their work. The following Tuesday, the service manager personally brought a loaner car to our house to leave and took our car to the shop to do a very thorough check. The service Manager stayed in contact with us almost daily, letting us know what they found and suggestions. They also noticed the extended warranty coverage we had on the vehicle, made some calls about that and found that the repair would be covered by our coverage and offered to pay half the deductable. Once we got our vehicle delivered back to us by the service manager we found that he had replaced the bad component, the belt, and the key fob, which the bad component was the only thing covered by the warranty. In short, the Service Manger shows huge customer service and care, also very concerned with making the vehicle repaired 100%. Shortly after having our vehicle back we did start to notice the noise we originally heard again. We called Butch (service manager) directly to find he was on a much earned vacation. As soon as he returned he called us back immediately. Within about a day the Service Manager was back at our house with another loaner, which to be honest, was more than twice the value of our current vehicle. His concern was spoiling us. Again, he has been in contact with us every step of the way. They have spent extra time this time, testing components before replacing anything. Doing everything they can to narrow all results down. They have kept the vehicle a few extra days this time after the component replacement to make sure the noise will not return. Again very satisfied with the service we are getting. Service Manager is again still very concerned with the customers peace of mind and confidence in the service Department. More

Unbelievable as i needed a lesser vehicle and they did so. Bought a Beautiful Buick unfortunately it was to "techy" for my 78 years. Richard is unfailingly polite, never pushy, listens to what I want and finds it for me. My greatest pet peeve is high pressure sales tactics, and I never get any of that from Richard. I just traded a Mazda CX-5 lease for a new lease on Buick Encore (which is a dream to drive compared to the Mazda), and both guys helped make it possible by working out a deal to cover my last 6 mos on the Mazda. This was my second time buying at Key & with Richard, and I can't see any reason to go anywhere else. My prior experience in the service dept was excellent as well. Thanks again to both of you!
