Key Buick is lucky to have Richard Wood! My mom had to get a new car after her car was stolen and then totaled. She was traumatized and needed a car that would include many safety features and was recommended for senior citizens. After considerable research, I took her first to Key Buick to test drive an Encore (highly recommended for senior citizens) so that we would have a good basis of comparison with our ongoing search. And then we met Richard Wood. He is an upstanding, honest, caring sales associate who made both my mom and I comfortable enough that Mom suspended any further shopping and purchased the Buick Encore that day! Through tears and an emotionally trying time, Richard was right there offering my mom support and compassion. He even has set up several return visits to ensure that she is comfortable learning all of the new bells and whistles on this beautiful and SAFE car, and he takes the time to demonstrate them to her himself. He truly is remarkable, and in a day when customer service is lacking in so many places and in so many ways, Richard rises to the occasion and goes far beyond! I will definitely use him myself in the future and would happily recommend him without reservation. THANK YOU, RICHARD, FOR TAKING CARE OF MY MOM! She means so much to me, and we couldn't have been more blessed than to have had you!!! More

We wanted something spacious with the latest safety features and technology. Our sale's representative, David Hayes, was knowledgeable and he himself drives an Acadia. After reviewing our options for trim, we decided on the Acadia Denali and we couldn't be happier. It is a beautiful vehicle and Dave knew exactly what we needed. Dave is a wonderful sales representative, friendly and informative. We would recommend Dave and Key to our friends and family any time. More

Bad Service and Selling Damaged Goods as New Part On March 13, 2017, I took my GMC Sierra to Key Buick GMC for a new front bumper/air deflector and for repair of minor frontal damage. When I picked u On March 13, 2017, I took my GMC Sierra to Key Buick GMC for a new front bumper/air deflector and for repair of minor frontal damage. When I picked up the vehicle Friday, March 17, 2017, I did not immediately notice the dings in the shiny chrome bumper as it gleamed in the sunshine. However, when I arrive home and looked at the bumper under the shade of a tree, I saw dings. I called Key Buick GMC immediately. Then, I went back to the dealership. The following Monday came and went without a call from Key Buick GMC. Tuesday came and went without a call from the dealership. Wednesday came, but, before it went, I called Key Buick GMC. I was told by "Holly" that the new bumper she ordered was received but was also damaged. Thursday came and went with not call from the dealership. Friday came and went with no call from the dealership. Monday, March 27, 2017, came and went with no call from the dealership. Now, it's another Tuesday with no call from Key Buick GMC. I have been going to Key Buick GMC for maintenance and repairs for our General Motors vehicles (2010 Chevrolet Equinox and 2008 GMC Sierra) since 2013. This is poor customer service to be providing to a loyal dealership customer and a loyal General Motors buyer. I have canceled payment via my credit card company. I am not paying for a damaged bumper. If necessary, I am prepared to file a small claims in court. In fact, I have already started preparing for that course of action by researching the registered agent (Maureen Burnett) for this dealership. Since this dealership represents General Motors, I hope you can hold Key Buick GMC accountable for its actions. I would appreciate any assistance you provide. More
