First off. . marsh.. never told us anything key replace all front end work on my 2015 for explorer. We get home to texas and the racket and pinion went out. When we called him to get our warranty he told us we had there wasn’t one. Then he said he told us all the front end and breaks and passengers mirror they replaced but left that out when we handed him a 17,000 dollar check.. now I find out 8 recalls was on that truck since 2017 and been replaced but never told us nothing when we bought it.. now it’s another 3000 from ford in parts and labor thought we would get a better car but guess it’s gonna be a problem like our truck that has 300,000 miles on it… More
