We had been shopping around for a new car and looked at several dealerships in N. Florida. We were previous Honda owners and were considering a BMW or other high end cars. The Acura TL had a style and loaded features that caught our attention, however, we needed to be convinced that the Acura would satisfy us. James did an excellent job in explaining all the features of the car and also gave us the "space" to discuss and identify the qualities of the ride we experienced without being pushy. We had done much research and knew what we wanted to pay for the vehicle, which Wayne worked with us well and we felt we got a decent deal. After the sale they gave us plenty of attention and time and explained technical details of the car to enhance our experience. The dealership is respectful and patient, no games and gimmicks. We would highly recommend to others. More
Brought my 2010 Acura in for routine maintenance plus AC and gas cap issues. Service Advisor Bernie Luchenburg was friendly, efficient, thorough and on top of my car needs. I was on a time schedule and I and gas cap issues. Service Advisor Bernie Luchenburg was friendly, efficient, thorough and on top of my car needs. I was on a time schedule and I was offered courtesy transportation. Wasn't necessary as the service was completed in the timeframe I needed. Thank you for this very good service. Some attention should be paid to the sales floor and the hallway between the sales floor and the service area. After reviewing online and visiting multiple dealerships, my choice was by far the best deal. My 2009 RL was in great condition, below KBB price and I was given fair value on my trade. There were no hidden fees, unnecessary haggling, and the transaction was completed quickly. With a newborn at home, time is extremely valuable and Gatorland Acura realized this. I handled most of the transaction online and over the phone and was able to test drive and complete the sale in record time. Thank you Gatorland Acura!! More
I had a problem with my satellite radio and with the sensor in the front passenger window. Bernie had to determine the problem with radio and deal with the manufacturer then with Sirius-XM to get the s sensor in the front passenger window. He got me all the instructions so that I could quickly authorize the transfer of the serial # with XM. Since I bought the car used, I had purchased an extended warranty. Bernie dealt with the warranty company to determine what it covered of the repairs, got authorization for the coverage then let me know my portion. He made the repair painless and easy. Thank you! We purchased a used vehicle from Justin Benson and was told during the signing of the papers that the car had been completely serviced and that new tires had been put on the vehicle. Two days after purchasing the vehicle, the "service engine soon" light came on and we took it to a Nissan dealership in Georgia and was told that the vacuum control bypass valve had been glued onto the vehicle and it had come loose. Unless repaired, the vehicle would most likely not pass an emission test and the cost to repair would be close to $300.00. While at the dealership, they repaired his back tire which had a nail in it. I asked the service manager about the condition of the tires and he said they probably did not have but 3,000 or so miles left on them. He showed me the wear bar which indicates when they should be replaced. When I contacted Gatorland's sales manager, Ronnie Nesbit, and informed him of the situation he did nothing to stand behind Justin Benson's misrepresentations regarding the tires - instead all he agreed to do in pay for an oil change. My son had to leave for a job interview in North Carolina the next day. Two days after getting to Asheville, the car would not start without jumping it off. He took the vehicle to Sears and was told that the battery had a dead cell. Again, I contacted Ronnie Nesbit and was told that the service dept. said the battery was working when they checked it and they would not be responsible for replacing it. In other words, their "120 point bumper-to-bumper inspection performed by Certified mechanics" isn't worth the paper it is written on. They don't stand behind their vehicles or their employees. I have contacted the General Manager, Wayne Tenant, twice and have not received a call back. More

Rick and Megan always remember me when I call for service appointments. They provide quality service that I can trust. If I do not need service, they will tell me. After bringing my car to them for 5 years, they are more like trusted friends than a service department. I have definitely recommended them to others, even if they do not own Acuras. They offered a few add ons at the financing stage but there was no pressure to accept them. Folowup was good and we love the car. More
