The love it or trade it is worthless, i left there at 5pm and called the next morning when they opened saying i was unhappy and would like to get into something different and was told the paperwork had all b and called the next morning when they opened saying i was unhappy and would like to get into something different and was told the paperwork had all been sent and to sleep on it one more night and if i still wasn't happy to call back in the morning so that's what i did seeing's how i was told it would not make a difference if i came back in the same day or the next. I called the next morning told them i was still unhappy and would like something different, i told them what i wanted and was supposed to hear back that same day but of course it was a runaround, it took 3 more days to get an answer and by then they said the bank issued the payment and they could do nothing. And if i wanted something else i would need to trade in what i just bought and because there would be negative equity there was nothing i could do. Everyone knows when you drive a car off the lot it loses equity so then how does their Love it or Trade it work? everyone would be in the same spot. It was well played on their part, giving me the runaround long enough for the bank to issue them payment instead of calling the bank the morning i called and putting this sale on hold to redo with another vehicle. Buy from anywhere else they even gave me less for my trade then CarMax quoted but because i thought buying local would help the community i went to them, i was so wrong they took advantage and treated me like i did not matter. The truck i bought wasn't even washed nor did it have an oil change and only 68 miles till empty. This was the first and last time i will ever buy from them. More

Personal Experience as a Cosigner THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT! 4 HARD INQUIRES FOR 1 ATV! I gave permission to run my credit once (1) as a cosigner for an ATV. They ran it four (4) times, including through their auto dealer (to try to sell me a car instead) and through even a CREDIT CARD without my knowledge! I was intended to be a cosigner through a BANK and Kevin Powell tried to sell me a car instead of an ATV then tried to make me get a credit card! The fact my credit would be hit with 4 hard inquiries as a result of 1 request should be clearly disclosed to all and it was not to me by the salesman I talked to on the phone (and I couldn't care less if he told my spouse, the sales man should have known that legally, he needs to tell me himself as well!)
