She made several visits to the dealership before we went to make the purchase and she talked with Steven several times. He was helpful,friendly and not at all pushy to make a sell. They let her drive the cars she thought she would be interested in and when we went back, we were able to drive them as well. The prices on their lot are amazing and as we waited to talk with Eddie to make the final deal, he was so patient and ready to talk to us about all our questions. We got the car a 2002 Mercedes C240 and it is awesome. There was one scratch that bothered our daughter and they had her bring it in the following day and had it taken care of as well as detailing the car so it looked brand new. The car was also missing the cd changer and they didn't have one to give her, so Steven took his out of his own car and gave it to her!! they give a whole new meaning to customer service, they are tops! George went over every little detail of her "new" car with her, which she said took over an hour. We are most certainly telling all our friends about the quality cars,low prices and most importantly customer service they will receive at Kero's!!!! We hope to buy from them again! More

Eddie sold me a car that he told me in great detail, just received a new transmission at a local BMW Dealer thus why I had to wait a few extra days to pick up the car. Four months later the car breaks down so I have it towed to the local BMW Dealership and requested the car's history only to find out that they never put in a new transmission. The clutch went out too which is not covered under warranty. I'm out over $2,800 because of his dishonesty. It took them 3 weeks to payoff my trade in and they close up the entire store for days on end without notice. Don't buy a car from them without a full mechanic's inspection and don't take their word on anything! More
