I bought a 2008 BMW 335i sedan from Kero's last week. I dealt with Eddie and Stefan, both of whom were kind, courteous and professional. My car was missing the ipod adaptor and Eddie supplied me with another free of charge. Also, the car was tracking slightly to the right and Eddie paid for the alignment (done the following day). Now it tracks dead straight. Kero's was founded and run by Eddie and his brother George for the past 10+ years. Their margins are small because they sell many cars each month so there's not much room to negotiate but still cheaper than elsewhere. They provide free carfax reports on every car. This is my first purchase from Kero's and I'll definitely be buying from them again. Good luck with your car purchase. More

I bought my BMW 540i Sport a several years ago here. The price was much better than I found anywhere else, and they were great to deal with - very honest. I had been looking for a gently used Acura MDX for about 6 weeks and price was my biggest obstacle. One popped up on AutoTrader at Kero's Auto Brokers close to my price range. I had never even heard of them before, but figured the price they were asking was well worth the 45 minute drive up to at least look. My wife and I were blown away by how easy they made this process. All the cars I have purchased in the past left me with a sour taste in my mouth from the dealer service and the buying experience. This is nowhere near the case with Kero's. After talking with Eddie for about an hour after driving the car, we were still a little over our heads on price. He was very patient with us as we left the lot to eat lunch and mull over the decision. I am extremely happy we purchased this. We were missing some headphones that were supposed to come with it and he had them overnighted to us, he detailed the car for us after we purchased it, he basically treated us as though we were friends of the family. I look forward to purchasing another car from Eddie as soon as we replace our next car. I don't even think I will go to another dealer. Thanks Eddie!! More

Honestly, the minute we walked in, Eddie was so happy to see us, George talked to us like he knew us since...for ever. Steve was there also. I would never in my life buy a luxury car from any other dealership. Awesome guys. If anybody leaves a negative review they are having issues with life. I recently purchased a 2006 BMW 530i from Kero's and I can honestly say that this was the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had. I traded in a 1991 Mercedes at the time that I picked up the can honestly say that this was the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had. I traded in a 1991 Mercedes at the time that I picked up the car, but it turned out that I had lost the title... Eddie was very understanding about the time that it took for me to get a replacement title. He also gave my a 2006 BMW 525 loaner car while one of his employees took my car to BMW of Seattle for a full check up and maintenance. There are still two years left on the full-service plan from BMW, so there were no charges at all! These guys rate 5 out of 5, and I will definately buy here again. More

I have had three trip permits (one from Washington and two from Oregon), and now my car is currently sitting in the driveway awaiting the Washington title so I can register and get plates in Oregon. Today is day 12 without the use of my car!! We have contacted the dealership numerous times, but they don't answer the phone, their voicemail box is full, and the few times we have spoken to them, they make promises that they don't keep. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY! They only care about making a buck! More
