I was looking for a Mustang 2014 GT convertible premium with certain options and found the car here at Kent City Ford, 180 miles from home. You have to understand that I am " a lo-tech guy living in a hi with certain options and found the car here at Kent City Ford, 180 miles from home. You have to understand that I am " a lo-tech guy living in a hi-tech world". When I'm in the market for a new car, I look at the cars on local lots and deal face to face with salesmen, not this time! I searched the internet. The whole process began with an email inquiry (Tuesday night) to the internet salesman Eric. A response came back and cell phone conversations began shortly there after. I could only call during my coffee break or lunch as I was scheduled 16 hour days. I work in a Steel Mill that's built 3 miles out into lake Michigan and cell reception isn't very good. Over the next couple of days Eric's patience and professionalism shined as he answered all questions, got me a terrific price, took care of all the needed paperwork, had the car gassed and ready to cruise. When the wife and I arrived Saturday, everything fell neatly into place and we were in and out in under an hour. We were also informed where we could get a tasty lunch in town, nice.
