When we were going to replace our 15 year old vehicle we decided to check it out for ourselves. They met our expectations and were great to work with in the selection and purchase of a new vehicle. Eric Howard was the main person we dealt with, although, we also met John and Mark. Eric was so helpful and explained the pros and cons of various models which helped us decide on a Ford Edge. He did not pressure us and was more than willing to order the vehicle so we could get the options we wanted included. We are well pleased with the attention and service received. More

Super helpful! Roger was a great help to me getting some warranty work done on my Fusion. The warranty had just expired and Roger contacted the Ford representativ Roger was a great help to me getting some warranty work done on my Fusion. The warranty had just expired and Roger contacted the Ford representative and was able to work out a deal with them where I only had to pay $200 instead of around $1500!! They were able to get right on my car and fix the problem. Thanks to Roger and the rest of the guys in the service department for helping me out! More

Experience Worth the Extra Distance Dealt mainly with a fellow named Eric Howard. Nice selection of used Ford Taurus vehicles that I had been shopping for. Eric was knowledgeable; gave m Dealt mainly with a fellow named Eric Howard. Nice selection of used Ford Taurus vehicles that I had been shopping for. Eric was knowledgeable; gave me pros, cons and value of the differing features on the vehicles. Low pressure; didn't try to "push" me into what the dealership needed to sell; but rather listened to what I wanted/needed and worked to meet those needs. Very accommodating with several test drives and returning with my son as well. Reasonably priced in relation to other dealerships I had been to. The used vehicles were sharp; much better presentation than other dealerships. Talked to service manager as well who was very helpful regarding experience on the differing types of engines Ford offered. No service work experience as of yet. Only downside, Eric was off when I was able to pick up the Taurus. I was turned over to a Fred and then a Mark. Fred really didn't seem to have the time for me. Closing experience was satisfactory anyway. If you are looking for a Ford, make sure you give this dealership a look. May be a ways off the beaten path but worth the trip. I will definitely deal with Eric again for a vehicle for my daughter. More
